Innovation Experience – Diverge & Decide
The best way to predict the future is to create it!
During the second day of the Innovation Experience, we focused on all the possibilities that new technology and innovation can bring to your organization. This allowed you to break free from your daily routine so we can start unlocking new potential within your organization.
Day 3 will make use of this new mindset to analyze your business, your product(s) and their place in the future market.
The day will start with a workshop in which we will use the value proposition canvas to get a grip on the current state of your company. What are your strengths and weaknesses from a customer-based view? Are you really delivering what your customer wants? Why are start-ups disrupting your market? Just a few of the questions that will be answered during this morning session.
The second half of the day will be all about brainstorming. Brainstorming about what you can do to really create something that your clients want that will help you kick-start the digital transformation of your company.
The goal of the day is to have a list of 10-15 innovative ideas that will help your organization forwards achieving a better product-client fit. We will prioritize these ideas and decide which of these you need to develop and measure during step 4 of the innovation experience.
